Washington Regional Medical Center offers new nursing graduates a program for clinical orientation and career development.  

The Medical/Surgical Nurse Residency program is especially designed for new Med/Surg nurses to help integrate them into the Med/Surg patient care team and orient them to the work flow process and hospital policies.
